We’ve recently upgraded our application and invoicing system to JaneApp.
To register your child or participant, please click the “Register Now” button below.

• Please make sure to read and complete the intake form in its entirety.
• You will be asked to add a credit card on file—you will not be charged. This is simply an added precaution due to a previous situation where a parent refused to pay for the program.
• We still prefer and accept E-transfer as our main method of payment.

• Youth (Grades 3–7): 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Teens (Grades 8–12): 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Adults (18+): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Although the software books sessions individually, this is a 14-week Package Program. Once your child/participant is registered, they are expected to attend weekly sessions for 14 consecutive weeks—from September 7th, 2025 to December 7th, 2025. After the first registration, we will manually add your child/participant to the remaining sessions.

Please note: If your child starts the program later, billing will begin from their first registered date to the last program date (December 7th, 2025).

If you will be using OAP Funding or would like a more personalized session for your child/participant, please book your appointment under "Occupational Therapy (BCBA Therapist)" once you reach the JaneApp site.
For adults, please book your appointment under "Basketball Coaching."
